Abstract

Организационно-методологическое обеспечение процесса стратегического планирования в банке включает в себя планирование основных финансовых показателей деятельности банка, их корректировку и анализ, а также контроль их динамики. В России организация стратегического планирования в банке на современном этапе развития ее экономики имеет ряд особенностей. Рассмотрены основные этапы этой деятельности, сформулированы принципы, на которых она должна базироваться. Необходимы учет уровня информатизации банковской среды и апробация организационных систем планирования на практике.
