Модернизация Управления Региональными Неоднородными Социально-Экономическими Системами

Abstract

Для современных региональных социально-экономических систем характерно сочетание однородных и неоднородных элементов. Подробно рассмотрен пример такой системы (Рязанская область Российской Федерации). Известные методы управления социально-экономическим развитием систем, обладающих свойством неоднородности, не всегда эффективны. Для обеспечения устойчивой модернизации неоднородных социально-экономических систем регионов необходимо формирование соответствующих координационных механизмов управления.
