Корпоративные Структуры В Современной Российской Экономике

Abstract

В российской экономике существуют российские частные, смешанные государственно-частные и транснациональные корпорации. Специфические способы возникновения корпораций в России привели к использованию здесь моделей корпоративного управления, отличных от зарубежных (исключение составляют крупнейшие холдинги со значительным участием государства). Различие в вариантах российских корпораций определяется взаимоотношениями собственников и менеджеров-управленцев. Эффективное и устойчивое (в западном смысле) функционирование корпораций в современной России может быть достигнуто лишь в течение длительного времени и синхронно с совершенствованием законодательства РФ в сфере защиты прав собственности.
