Abstract

Успешность инновационного процесса зависит, в частности, от эффективности управления конфликтами интересов. Конфликт интересов рассматриваться как наличие у принимающего решение лица коррупционного интереса, препятствующего реализации важной для общества цели. Проведен анализ факторов, составляющих конфликт интересов, отрицательно и положительно влияющих на инновационный процесс. Предложены пути минимизации негативного влияния и способы управления конфликтами интересов, направленные на успешное инновационное развитие транспортного комплекса. Необходимо совершенствование законодательства о государственных закупках и налогового законодательства, введение в государственных институтах практикуемых Организацией экономического сотрудничества и развития ключевых принципов решения вопросов, связанных с конфликтами интересов.
