Гендерный Подход В Планировании Бюджетных Расходов

Abstract

В статье обосновывается целесообразность реализации гендерного подхода в планировании бюджета в современной России. Гендерно ориентированный бюджет является важнейшим инструментом преодоления гендерного неравенства, что является залогом устойчивого экономического роста и развития человеческого капитала. На основе изучения зарубежного опыта гендерного бюджетирования, форм гендерно ориентированного бюджета и гендерной классификации бюджетных расходов в странах мира автор выявляет первоочередные задачи обеспечения успешного применения гендерного подхода в российских условиях.
