Предприятие И Фирма: Выход Из Заблуждений В Русле Эволюционной Экономической Теории

Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме осмысления тождества и различия предприятия и фирмы в системе методологических координат эволюционного подхода. Предприятие характеризует содержание деятельности экономического субъекта в конкретных продуктивных и процессных аспектах. Фирма это трансакционная форма предприятия в условиях общественного разделения и кооперации труда, или система его внешних и внутренних отношений, посредством которой оно функционирует в рыночной среде. Автор приходит к выводу, что стратегию следует рассматривать в аспекте и масштабе предприятия и фирмы как содержания и формы экономического организма. Их взаимодействием определяются системность и характер стратегии. Стратегии предприятия и фирмы могут противостоять друг другу, быть асимметричными и асинхронными, поэтому важная задача стратегического планирования и управления предприятием и фирмой снимать это противоречие.
