Abstract

Выявлена и обоснована взаимосвязь влияния стандартов и регламентов государственных и муниципальных услуг на эффективное управление регионом. Изучен и представлен опыт оказания публичных услуг и совершенствования организации управления исполнительной властью субъекта Российской Федерации. Сформулирован и представлен комплекс проблем, связанный с внедрением регламентации и стандартизации государственных и муниципальных услуг.
