Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме сохранения генофонда редких и ценных видов растений в России. Целью проведенных авторами исследований стала оптимизация технологий клонального микроразмножения редких видов растений, занесенных в Красные книги Российской Федерации и Волгоградской области, а также создание банка стерильных культур как перспективного направления сохранения биоразнообразия растений.
