Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема обеспечения энергетической безопасности европейских стран в рамках двустороннего сотрудничества России и ЕС. Авторами выявлены основные тенденции развития мировой энергетики, проведен анализ объемов потребления энергоресурсов в Европе. Характерной особенностью Европы является ее высокая энергозависимость от импорта сырьевых энергоресурсов из России. Реализуемый сегодня в Евросоюзе комплекс мер «третьего пакета» вызывает нарастание напряженности между Россией и Евросоюзом. Необходимо достичь компромисса с Евросоюзом по поводу применения норм третьего энергопакета к российским проектам. Для укрепления энергетической безопасности европейского континента необходимо достичь компромисса между Россией и ЕС по поводу применения норм третьего энергопакета к российским проектам, а также развивать политический диалог как основу сотрудничества в сфере энергетики
