Abstract

В настоящей статье отражена актуальность проблемы обеспечения экономической безопасности России на современном этапе, рассмотрены понятие и виды экономической безопасности, функции механизма обеспечения экономической безопасности. Изучены уровни экономической безопасности: федеральный, региональный и муниципальный и доказана необходимость муниципального уровня. В качестве фактора экономической безопасности предложена интеллектуальная экономика. Сделан вывод о необходимости ускорения формирования современных механизмов связи науки и бизнеса, обеспечения конкретного выбора приоритетных направлений на основе инноваций.
