Abstract

Целью исследования является изучения механизмов тесного взаимодействия государства и частного бизнеса в области ракетно-космической промышленности как один из способов повышения конкурентоспособности национальной экономики. Анализируются механизмы взаимодействия государства и частного бизнеса в ракетно-космической сфере России с учетом опыта США, выявляется роль и значение субъектов в процессе взаимодействия и в процессе реализации проектов ГЧП. Для формирования нового космического сообщества одними из основных процессов, которые должны быть пересмотрены, являются: максимальное расширение числа потенциальных участников космической деятельности, сочетание рыночной свободы с разумным контролем за ключевыми технологиями, централизованное управление компетенциям, стимулирование частных инициатив. Исследуется правомерность расширения числа потенциальных участников космической деятельности при подготовке и реализации такого рода проектов.
