Abstract

В статье дается краткий анализ современного состояния преступности в воинских формированиях и способов ее профилактики. Решающим способом предупреждения воинской преступности автор считает изменения в социальных условиях существования военнослужащих. Статья очерчивает проблемы общесоциального предупреждения уголовного поведения среди военнослужащих в экономической, социальной и культурно воспитательной сферах, предлагая пути совершенствования законодательства в них.
