Abstract

В настоящей статье дается анализ судебных актов конституционных (уставных) судов субъектов РФ. Выделяются основные признаки судебных актов конституционных (уставных) судов субъектов РФ. Дается оценка законотворческой роли судебных актов конституционных (уставных) судов. Проводится разграничение понятий «правовая позиция» и судебный акт конституционного (уставного) суда субъекта РФ.
