Abstract

В статье авторами рассмотрены основные аспекты обеспечения законности и их регулирование в системе МВД России (полиции), а также деятельности территориальных ОВД РФ по вопросам обеспечения правопорядка и безопасности в России в условиях проведения реформирования МВД России. В процессе изложения ими раскрываются причинная связь нарушений законности сотрудниками полиции. Существенными являются позиции авторов по рассматриваемой теме, проведенный анализ соответствующих нормативных правовых актов, и фактов нарушений по конкретному региону – Курганской области.
