Повышение Эффективности Тверской Областной Программы Ипотечного Жилищного Кредитования

Abstract

Программа ипотечного кредитования, принятая к реализации в Тверской области, основанная на софинансировании, реализуется с большим эффектом, чем в соседних областях. Широкий спектр привлекаемых ресурсов и общий объем направляемых средств обусловлен влиянием рекомендуемых индикаторов. В условиях глобального финансового кризиса предложено внести в Программу дополнения и изменения, что позволит реализовать в полном объеме в независимости от ограниченности источников финансирования.
