Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается принцип конституционного запрета на государственную идеологию в Российской Федерации. Автором проводится анализ исторических предпосылок формирования данного принципа, на основе которого делается вывод о нецелесообразности дальнейшего существования данного конституционного принципа и необходимости исключения его из текста основного закона.
