Эволюция Рынка Услуг Высшего Профессионального Образования: Макроэкономические Детерминанты

Abstract

Исследованы изменения в сфере высшего образования в контексте модернизации экономического пространства государства. Управление высшим образованием в России и зарубежных странах обусловлено существенными национальными различиями в организационных структурах систем высшего образования, правовых основах, а также сложившимися традициями и практикой управления экономикой в целом. Показано, что изменения происходят, прежде всего, в новых формах региональной организации. Растет влияние высшей школы на функциональную среду, усиливается ее асимметрия и фрагментарность, в том числе в разрезе территорий. Это способствует более тесной связи образовательной деятельности и региональной экономики в целом.
