Субъективная Сторона Компьютерных Преступлений

Abstract

В статье рассматривается субъективная сторона преступления, предусмотренного ст. 272 УК РФ, которая может выражаться только в умысле, как прямом, так и косвенном. Это подтверждается приведенной в статье судебной практикой. Автор предлагает усилить наказание за неправомерный доступ к компьютерной информации, совершенный с целью скрыть другое преступление или облегчить его совершение.
