Abstract

В статье содержится информация, определяющая современное видение данного вопроса с теоретической и практической точки зрения, приведены статистические данные по рассматриваемому вопросу. Применен аналитический подход рассмотрения различных аспектов данной проблемы, выразившийся в раскрытии взглядов различных авторов. В статье раскрыт ряд проблем, возникающих при защите конституционных прав личности в процессе применении мер принуждения при расследовании уголовных дел и предложены пути решения данной проблемы.
