Abstract

В современном обществе действует целая система норм, являющая собой результат деятельности людей. Общепризнанные принципы права, будучи общеобязательными исходными положениями, определяют содержание правового регулирования правоотношений. Общепризнанные принципы права играют важную роль в законодательстве Российской Федерации: они составляют идеологическую и нравственную основу применения и генезиса норм права, задают цели и приоритеты развития законодательной системы государства. И важную роль в этом играет логика содержательного формирования общепризнанных принципов права.
