Abstract

В статье изучается вопрос об инновационном пути развития общества и природе инноваций. Данная тема чрезвычайно важна и для России, так как в правительственных и в научных кругах выработана единая позиция: риски считаются оправданными, а инновационный путь развития для российского общества в целом единственно правильным.
