Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме соотношения понятия принуждение и смежных категорий в Уголовном кодексе Российской Федерации. В статье проводится анализ с обоснованной критикой различных мнений ученых по вопросу соотношения понятий принуждение и насилие, рассматриваются их признаки, делается вывод о том, что понятие принуждение не тождественно понятию насилие.
