Abstract

В статье раскрыты актуальные вопросы, связанные с формированием и реализацией стратегии инновационного развития регионов. Обозначены принципы и основные инициаторы инновационных программ. На примере Красноярского края проанализирован опыт разработки и внедрения инновационных проектов. Исследованы особенности принятой Стратегии инновационного развития Красноярского края на период до 2020 года, выявлены ее достоинства и недостатки.
