Abstract

В статье описаны стратегии инвестора, в соответствии с которыми приходится принимать решение об осуществлении инвестиций в условиях неопределенности, и показано, что в этом смысле прямое инвестирование проектов является одним из самых рискованных для инвестора в той части, которая связана с длительностью реализации проекта и множеством разнообразных случайных факторов.
