Abstract

Данная статья является итогом комплексного исследования проблем правового регулирования и организации противодействия легализации (отмыванию) доходов, полученных преступным путем на международном уровне. Практические данные, приведенные в статье, являются материалом, полученным автором в процессе непосредственной работы с международными финансовыми центрами (так называемыми оффшорами). Автором предпринимается попытка привести ряд практических рекомендаций по реформированию системы международного сотрудничества, направленного на противодействие легализации доходов, полученных преступным путем и финансированию терроризма.
