Abstract

Аннотация. В статье рассматривается проблема определения баланса между степенью государственного вмешательства в сферу местного самоуправления и пределами самостоятельности муниципальных образований. Так же анализируются теоретические аспекты, связанные установлением пределов правового регулирования общественных отношений в сфере местного самоуправления органами государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации. Автор исследует положения федерального и регионального законодательства с целью выявления какими реальными формами вмешательства в деятельность органов местного самоуправления обладают органы государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации.
