Abstract

В статье исследуются законные интересы как правовая категория. Они являются предметом изучения разных наук, однако, нельзя сказать, что в науке уголовного права имеются серьезные, глубокие исследования проблем законных интересов. Реализация категории «законные интересы» в уголовном законодательстве требует комплексного анализа и осмысления в целях совершенствования законодательства и правоприменительной практики.
