Abstract

В статье анализируется ситуация в сфере инновационной активности в российской экономике. Рассматриваются различные варианты национального инновационного механизма с точки зрения эффективности использования в российской практике. Поднимаются проблемы стимулирования инновационной деятельности в российской экономике. Предлагается система мер социально-экономической политики, способная стимулировать инновационную активность хозяйствующих субъектов.
