Abstract

Научная статья Бегова А.Ю. посвящена вопросам соблюдения установленных статьей 144 УПК РФ сроков рассмотрения сообщений о преступлениях. В ней обозначены наиболее значимые проблемы, возникающие на стадии возбуждения уголовного дела, и пути их разрешения.
