Мировые Судьи Как Члены Судейского Сообщества

Abstract

Статья посвящена правовому положению мировых судей как членов судейского сообщества, анализу законов субъектов Российской Федерации в части регулирования их принадлежности к единой судейской корпорации. Делаются выводы о необходимости единообразия нормативных правовых актов субъектов РФ по порядку принесения мировыми судьями присяги, недопустимости введения в юридический лексикон термина «судейское сообщество субъекта Российской Федерации», о недостаточности форм самоуправления с участием мировых судей.
