Опыт Экономически Развитых Стран В Процессе Формирования И Развития Рынка Труда

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость формирования политики занятости, учитывающей проблемы отечественного рынка труда в рыночной экономике. Глобализация предполагает учет зарубежного опыта в решения проблем в сфере занятости. Неэффективность традиционных методов позволила рассматривать расширительный подход к сфере приложения труда. Рекомендован механизм адаптации предложения и спроса на рабочую силу, разработка которого предполагает отсутствие чрезмерной регламентации. Предложены меры по изменению отношений в области занятости.
