Abstract

В конце ХХ века преступность претерпела существенные количественные и качественные изменения, выразившиеся в ее росте и широком размахе организованной деятельности. В связи с этим возникла объективная необходимость в разработке учения о противодействии расследованию преступлений. В данной статье рассмотрены проблемы, связанные с массовым противоправным воздействием на участников судопроизводства при расследовании уголовных дел экономической направленности.
