Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы прохождения службы в органах прокуратуры как вида государственной службы. Действующее законодательство не относит службу в органах прокуратуры к конкретному виду государственной службы (правоохранительной, гражданской, военной), в связи с чем в науке, нет единого мнения относительно того, к какому виду федеральной государственной службы относится служба в органах прокуратуры.
