Abstract

в статье рассматриваются особенности и некоторые проблемные вопросы, связанные с административной ответственностью за пропаганду наркотических средств, психотропных веществ или их прекурсоров. Авторы обращают внимание на данную проблему в контексте организации противодействия незаконному обороту наркотических средств, психотропных веществ и их прекурсоров, а также защиты здоровья населения, общественной нравственности и порядка посредством применения норм административного законодательства.
