Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию влияния, оказываемого нормами и положениями валютного законодательства на гражданско-правовое регулирование договора банковского счёта в иностранной валюте. Автор исследует систему общих и специальных норм, регулирующих данный аспект банковской деятельности, принципы определения приоритета таких норм в разрезе оборота иностранной валюты, имеющего место в банковской деятельности, возможные коллизии правовых норм и практические подходы к их разрешению в деловой и правоприменительной практике.
