Abstract

в условиях диверсификации деятельности и расширения рыночных ниш, на которых работают создаваемые в РКП (ракетно-космической промышленности) интегрированные структуры, встает проблема гибкого и быстрого реагирования на изменчивость рыночной среды. Одновременно появляется необходимость формирования долговременной конкурентной политики и стратегии развития головного и дочерних предприятий интегрированной структуры. Система стратегического управленческого учета выступает одним из наиболее действенных способов повышения эффективности управления современной ИС (интегрированной структурой).
