О Механизме Применения Мер Поощрения К Государственным Служащим

Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос о механизме применения мер поощрения к государственным служащим. Данный механизм представляет собой систему регламентированных правом стимулирующих средств, организованных в логически определенном порядке и воздействующих на интересы и потребности государственного служащего в целях побуждения его к государственно – активному поведению. Сделан вывод, что в настоящее время отсутствует единый нормативный акт, устанавливающий отправные начала в вопросе определения условий, оснований и механизма применения, а также перечня мер стимулирования и поощрения к государственным служащим.
