Abstract

Федеральным законом от 8 апреля 2008 г. № 43-ФЗ перечень должностных преступлений, указанных в гл. 30 УК РФ как преступления против государственной власти, интересов государственной службы и службы в органах местного самоуправления, пополнился новым составом, предусмотренным ст. 2921: незаконная выдача паспорта гражданина Российской Федерации, а равно внесение заведомо ложных сведений в документы, повлекшее незаконное приобретение гражданства Российской Федерации.Federal law of April 8, 2008 № 43-FZ of the list of malfeasance described in Chap. 30 of the Criminal Code as offenses against the state, the interests of public service and service in local government were added to the new composition, under Art. 292 1: Unlawful issuance of a passport citizen Russia, as well as the introduction of false information in the documents, resulting in the illegal acquisition of citizenship of Russia.
