Abstract

в статье раскрывается исторический период аграрной реформы в России П. А. Столыпина. В реформе предполагалось, что экономическое укрепление крестьянского хозяйства, создание слоя зажиточных крестьян укрепит политический строй России. Столыпин предлагал ряд реформ, местного самоуправления, судебной системы, просвещения, введение страхования рабочих. Их цель состояла во всемерном укреплении государственности, в модернизации общества. В связи с нехваткой земли в центральных Губерниях Столыпин взял курс на переселение крестьян на свободные государственные земли. Правительство стало поощрять переселение крестьян за Урал.
