Концептуальные Аспекты Системной Организации Региональной Социально-Экономической Политики

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрена роль социально-экономической политики как фактора развития региональной хозяйственной системы. Рассмотрена пространственная система, которая обладает всеми признаками органической системы отношений. Дана характеристика элемента (системное качество) региональной пространственной системы. Рассмотренные формы социально-экономической политики классифицированы по признакам. Анализ систем и функций позволяет обосновать и адаптировать подходы, стратегии и тактические инструменты формирования и реализации социально-экономической политики применительно к различным уровням, составам участников общественно хозяйственного процесса.
