Abstract

В статье определены и сгруппированы показатели оценки финансового потенциала ключевых секторов экономики на основе индекса инвестиционной чувствительности, представляющего собой оценку рентабельности капитальных вложений (внеоборотных активов) для потенциальных инвесторов и направленного на ранжирование и формирование перечня приоритетных с позиции стратегических интересов российского государства регионов, секторов экономики и организаций.
