Этика Кредо Профессиональной Деятельности Адвоката

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена проблеме соблюдения адвокатами этических правил поведения и освещает вопросы, с которыми адвокат сталкивается в связи с оказанием правовой помощи доверителям. Автором рассмотрены вопросы необходимости соблюдения адвокатами этических норм, приводятся примеры длительного существования этических правил (правила профессиональной этики 1908 года в США), а так же причины по которым некоторые адвокаты ими пренебрегают. Проанализировав научные статьи, какими качествами должны обладать адвокаты, автор отразил наиболее важные из них с подробными комментариями
