Abstract

В статье анализируется российское и зарубежное законодательство, регулирующее государственную поддержку сельского хозяйства. Рассмотрено историческое развитие законов о сельском хозяйстве, выявлены их отдельные достоинства и недостатки. Особое внимание уделено законодательству ФРГ как наиболее близкого российскому с точки зрения автора.
