Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются особенности перехода на распределительно-накопительную пенсионную систему в России на современном этапе экономического развития. При этом проведен анализ системы управления накопительной частью трудовой пенсии граждан, предложенной Пенсионным фондом РФ. Особое внимание уделено базовым характеристикам инвестирования пенсионных средств, таким как риск и доходность. В этой связи выделены специфические проблемы инвестирования, а также инструменты минимизации возникающих рисков.
