Рассмотрение Судом Уголовного Дела, По Которому Было Заключено Досудебное Соглашение О Сотрудничестве

Abstract

В статье исследованы некоторые вопросы, возникающие в суде при применении норм, регламентирующих особый порядок судебного разбирательства. Обосновывается вывод о том, что реализация досудебного соглашения о сотрудничестве возможна и путем рассмотрения уголовного дела судом в обычном порядке. Анализируются правовые последствия перевода судебного производства по уголовному делу, по которому осуществлялось досудебное сотрудничество, на общий режим.
