Управленческая Гибкость Как Фактор Поддержания Инновационной Активности Предприятия

Abstract

Статья раскрывает содержание управленческой гибкости в системе менеджмента как способность менеджмента организации к быстрой перестройке управленческого воздействия, принятию и реализации адаптивных к сложившимся экономическим обстоятельствам (ситуациям) управленческих решений ради поддержания инновационной активности предприятия и наращивания его конкурентоспособности. Управленческая гибкость, по мнению автора, это быстрая реакция системы управления организацией на происходящие изменения во внутренней производственной и институциональной внешней рыночной среде в пределах внутренних возможностей организации.
