Abstract

В статье рассматривается публичное предложение – уникальный способ реализации имущества, не предусмотренный гражданским кодексом. Автор анализирует публичное предложение, сравнивает с аукционом и публичной офертой, выявляет проблемы в действующем законодательстве и выступает с предложениями, направленными на урегулирование норм в этой области.
