Abstract

В представленной статье акцентируется внимание на проблеме повышения эффективности использования специальных знаний в раскрытии и расследовании преступлений в целом, и грабежей и разбойных нападений в частности. При этом на основе изучения эмпирического материала, раскрывается влияние организационных, правовых, учебно-методических факторов при использовании отдельных форм специальных знаний в раскрытии и расследовании грабежей и разбойных нападений.
