Abstract

Для того чтобы реальные меры противодействия экстремизму получили на практике широкую поддержку общественности, необходимы активная разъяснительная работа и разработка достаточно ясных, четких понятий с соответствующими критериями, доступных для понимания рядовых жителей Российской Федерации, и пригодных для практического применения. В статье рассматривается проблема, касающаяся сущности этнонационального экстремизма, его характерных черт и форм. Очевидно, что только с учетом всех составляющих этого явления возможна выработка предложений, направленных на повышение эффективности работы органов внутренних дел в противодействии преступным деяниям, совершаемым на почве разжигания этнонациональной розни
