Abstract

В данной статье приводятся основания и порядок изменения и прекращения договора аренды земельных участков с участием субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства. Предлагается внесение изменений в гражданское законодательство, в части касающейся государственной регистрации соглашения об изменении или прекращении договора аренды, субаренды (п.2 ст.609 ГК РФ).
